NOT READY

Time is running out preety fast than what I thought and this is scaring me off a little. I am leaving tomorrow. Yes tomorrow. I am not ready at all but I pretend to be ready. My heart is stopping occasionally at the thought of this and its even suppressing my sleep. I hope everything will be well and I wont encounter much problems. I hope this friend whom I managed to find will be a little helpful. I am not depending on anyone but my fear does. Haishh. I realized I am not ready to leave even 1%. Oh well that's too dramatic. May be 20%?.. I don't even know what to pack and what not to pack. That much of confusion. I can wash and hang clothes at 12am. That shows how much I am disturbed. But then I can't let all these to consume me. I must chase my dream and grab it in my hand and scream to this world "I DID IT"!!  Just wishing for God's blessings and my parents, I am leaving my little heaven. This is temporary but its still too much for me...Hurmmm

MALAYSIAN CUISINE

FOOD FOOD FOOD... Eat for life or Life for eat. This is a famous quote when we talk about food. Malaysians choose to 'life for eat'. Everywhere you go there is food. In fact, there is so much of food that the rate of obesity is increasing steadily. Okay okay we shall go to the food topic. I am running out of topic I know :P

I will start of with rice items excluding those fried rice varities because they are common rite :)

First of all, I would like to introduce you to NASI LEMAK!  You can never miss Nasi Lemak if you come to Malaysia. Its a favourite food of many. Nasi means rice and lemak means fat.LOL!

Next is Nasi Kandar. Nasi Kandar is famous in Penang. It is like indian cuisine. Anyone who went to Penang and never taste nasi kandar can get entry into Malaysian Records. Its a mixture of all curries altogether.

Banana leaf rice, something that I grow up eating. Much more delicious than all these fast foods. Don't believe? Try it yourself!

Now Briyani!! Yummy...saliva is producing in my mouth by just uttering the name of this food.. My aunt's briyani is the best that I've ever tasted. I can never get enough of her Briyani.....!!!!!!! The aroma itself can kill you. Never ever forget to try Briyani

Claypot chicken rice, yum yum. Tasty too but then don't put it in your mouth immediately after they serve. It will burn your tongue -_-

Okay, next we go to noodle items!

Asam Laksa and Laksa are almost the same with slight variation. They taste so good that you would consider having another bowl. Here's a pic of asam laksa.

Wanton Mee, a favourite chinese dish of mine. Eat it, then you will be under the spell of Wanton Mee :P

Now Hokkien Mee!! This is also my favourite. A must item if we dine in a chinese restaurant!

Curry mee. My another aunty specialised in cooking this. Yes its bowl licking good! hahaha

Now we go to a few famous dishes!

Rendang Ayam!! My all time favourite. Can never get enough of it!  (btw ayam means chicken)

Sweet-sour chicken is a delicious food...loved by many. Even children love this food because its sweet and not spicy.

I just realised all my pics are focused on chicken. I shall update some fish category too. Hahaha! So this is Sambal Ikan (ikan=fish). The taste must be good.

This is black beans garlic fish. The picture itself might give you an idea on how delicious it will be.

Now, we take some looks at the desserts and snacks that some even eat as the main dish.. Hahaha

This is a combination of few traditional kuihs.

And finally this is ABC and also known as Ais Kacang, a favourite traditional dessert for most Malaysians. Yummy-ness all over!

So these are a few food that available in my multiracial country. Even my very own self have never tasted many of these foods. Looking forward to taste all those food available in my country

A small insight :P

Malaysia Independence day is around the corner. So, I think it wouldn't be bad to talk about every Malaysians' interest. FOOD! Malaysia is made up of 3 major races and a few minor ones. The three major ones are, Malays, Chinese and Indians. Imagine how much of food will be available in Malaysia and yes we are VERY HEALTHY people too. I hope u got my sarcasm there. LOL! Growing up around the food is of course nice but then I don't know how on earth I became choosy in food. Hahaha! I always get condemned for being choosy but what am I to do. My taste buds differ than others. So in my upcoming post, I am gonna post a few food that is sought after madly in Malaysia. Although there are many fast food budding so quickly, nothing can beat the much healthier local food. Penang hawker stalls for food are the most famous one, even in world arena but again there are many food at some other places that many don't notice. Just wait for my upcoming post

Mixed Feelings.

The timetable for my classes are out on BAC official website. The date of commencement of my first class is 3rd September. I don't know what is running in my mind and also whether I am ready for college life. I am blur. I am just avoiding myself from thinking about college, preparations, my study loan, accommodation and etc. I was in holiday for nearly 8 months, quite a long period. I didn't let my brain to be dormant completely. I make it a point to read newspaper and whatever books I can find. I even read the twilight series. Now thinking about little time is left, I am having some sort of feelings which I cant put into proper words. Happy? No.. Sad? No... Frustrated? No... Bored? No... Then what is it? How am I to explain how I feel.. From science stream I am continuing my studies in arts field. I don't feel a little regret about choosing Law instead of Pharmacy which was my choice for 4 years and now I am gonna continue my studies very soon. Everything rushing into my mind when I think about the 1st day of class including what I am gonna wear. Hahaha.. I sound pathetic I know... Anyway I am just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best

EyE LiNeR

It is a known fact that indian women and eyeliner have a close relationship for a long time. I am one of them too. I started wearing eyeliner at the age of 13 and now it have been 7 years and i am still an ardent fan of eyeliner.I have tried many eyeliners. Not every woman has the same skin tone. So I had problem finding the right one. Two years back my friend, Sha introduced me to this Maybelline jetblack gel eyeliner. She loves eyeliner just like me :) I can tell you, this is the best eyeliner that I have ever tried. Thanks to Sha. Wonder why I love this product?

First of all it comes with a good brush that favours the application process

Application is easy since the brush glides easily on your eyelid.

▀ The price is kinda reasonable. On normal days its rm39.90. I bought 2 for rm39.90 in promotion.. winkwink!

It last preety long as long as you don't rub your eyes every now and then.

▀ It does not smudge so badly like other eyeliners which will make you to look like a raccoon since the gel eyeliner just dries up.

▀ Removing the eyeliner is as easy as applying it with a little bit of baby oil's help :)

▀ The black is really dark and incredible on all skin tones.

▀ The packaging is really attractive and it is cute as well :)
