M.A.N.I.C.K.A.M
On this February 28th I brought home a puppy. He was nearly less than 2 months old at that time. When he was newly born, my aunt kept on calling me to come and see him. Having no right time, I couldn't get to go. At last after 1 month plus I went and see but I didn't have any idea to take any puppies home since mommy will make noise. She loves dog but she believes growing puppies need full attention which we MAY fail to give. I went to my aunt's business place. Then i saw 2 lil fellas sleeping near the altar of the shop. I grabbed the one with golden brown fur coating while the black one was licking my feet. For my amazement, the one i held in my hands have grey, green marble-like eyes. I liked him but I didn't have any idea to bring him back home. He had scabies on his legs. Thinking about the responsibility and everything, I thought its better not to take him back home. My dad had a different idea though. He wanted to bring this fella back home. At last I brought him back home. My mom was surprisingly delighted too.
He took almost 1 week to get himself adapted to this new surrounding and he did adapted well. Now he should be around 6months old. He is very intelligent and cute too. He is entertaining us every day. He is very different compared to my previous pup. My previous dog, Boy was a little tough fellow. He is aggressive and wants things in his own way but then he is a good guy :).. My current puppy is very much laid-back and more of a sweetheart. Lets see what new surprises he gonna bring for me :) Here are some pics of him from his 1st day at my home till now :) About the scabbies, now all gone. He is a healthy pup now. I havent snap a nice recent pic of him. Will update it soon as well :D
LONG holidays
I am having long holidays. 5 months i passed my days without doing nothing significant and there's another one month to go. Practically, I am getting lazier during this long holidays. Such a sedentary life style i am living. Hating my very own routine, at last i enrolled for my Yoga Class on May to make myself more active. I am happy about it because it can help me to shed some pounds but then I still cant control my internet addiction. I am spending long hours on internet without doing anything significant. All I do when I come online is to open facebook and a chatspace. All i do is CHAT CHAT CHAT and CHAT. Chat will be the priority, other than that i play pool or read something (it happens once in a blue moon though). I wonder how I can sit in one place for that long ( mine is a desktop pc). Thats the reason i decided to enroll for my law course on June intake which will be starting on July 9th. Coming week I got a short trip to Bali. So now I am kinda preparing for my trip but mentally i am ain't ready due to my muffin layers. This post-exam and holiday layers are still loving my body. The idea of dieting slips of my mind frequently. I dont overeat( i guess) but I dont use my energy much either. Typing doesnt requires much energy, so all my energy are stored as fats all over my body. Somehow I have to lose it. If not i have to lose most of my clothings which would be very much hurting. LOL!

J.U.N.C.T.I.O.N
I am going through a tough phase in my life. One decision which gonna decide my life. I am preety frustrated with whats happening around me though. This is supposed to be a phase where parents are being supportive and cooperative with the decision making but then in my case dad wants to decide all by himself. For this past four years except pharmacy, there is nothing else in my mind. Now that the cost is higher than what my dad thought, he don't want me to go for it. Money isn't a problem, after all education is a good investment, if you ask me. Dad strongly wanted me to go for IT. After many heated argument and persuading him, he agreed not to go for it but for LAW!
Okay fine, if you ask me, Law is hundred times better than IT for me. I am definitely not an IT person. Doesn't mean if I spend most of my time in Pc, I would do well in IT. Oh please! I hate Maths. Its not that I hate maths, but we don't love each other. Now finding the right institution to continue my Law degree is another headache. Every institutions having its own pros and cons and finding the right one really screwing me upside down. CPL is an important examination to practise Law in Malaysia and not all the universities are exempted from the exam although they are in Malaysia. So, I am finding a right institution. I don't wanna end up with low salary or jobless you see. Then from who I am gonna extract the money for my shopping and the life I imagined. Money don't grow on tree you see.
Although I am convincing myself Law is okay, deep down in my heart I know I am a BIO person. I don't know why I have to go through such a tough phase. Being in a situation where u can't realise your dream is more painful than what would you expect it to be. I would love to learn about human body for sure. I don't know why it always happen to me. Certainly i know money is a factor, but then again..there is a saying "when there is a will, there is a way". Its all up to our mentality on how we think about something. How many times I can convince a person who PRETEND not to understand. I wish everything comes to an end asap. I can't live like this for a longer time.
For now, I am okay I would say, because Law is very much preferred among the choices my dad give me. I hope everything ends in a good way. I don't want to be left out in this competitive world.

Disappointment
Well, this serves as my first post for the year of 2012 and its March so fast..yes March!! I weren't too busy to update my blog but I was lazy ( I admit it :P). At last, these holidays i were waiting eagerly for last year were not up to my expectation. I finished my school and fuck yea no more returning to school and I will never. 7 years of high school is more than enough. My sixth year there was to complete my STPM which stands for Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia. Life during STPM was so challenging and seriously it was an uphill task.
STPM is just for 1 and half year but the lesson I learnt throughout that short period of time is just "wow! incredible!" kinda reaction, that much we had to study. The life at school, distinct uniform compared to other kids, loving teachers, irritating teachers, excited kids with hormonal problems and the responsibility we all had made me matured. Formal education and indirect informal education I would say. I believe its for our own good. When I was a fifth former, little knowledge I had about the school system but in form 6 everything was so happening in front of my eyes. When it comes to academic, we can see how lazy are some of the teachers and also contradict to these lazy teachers there were a few who were very responsible and concerned teachers. Most of my classmates and I had tuition classes for each subject we are sitting for the exam. So, life was hectic..very hectic in fact.
In my entire life, I never touched book that much before, but for STPM i struggled to thrive for the best. I didn't want to disappoint my parents and I don't want all my travels, expenses and efforts to go to drain just like that. Until my trial exam, I maintained good marks in all subjects. Although I fall in sick often, I never fail very badly like others did. I managed to score around a CGPA of 3 and above for my trials. Myself and my bestie did a lot of last minute group discussion and everything. We had high hopes for our results since we believe we done very well. Even when we checked our answers there were a lot of corrects compared to the mistakes. After my exam, the results came out on 7th March.
During that fateful day, all of our friends gathered in school early. Of course we were excited to collect our results. Results were out at 12.30pm sharp. SHIT! What a disappointment it was. When I looked at my results, I knew that is not what I deserve for. I was blank for a while. Surrounding me nearly everybody was sad and a few were crying. Many thoughts running in my mind and I remembered what my friend told me when I told her about my decision to go for STPM. She said "Hey gal, you better think twice before entering. No matter how hard you study, the higher people is capable of manipulating the results". I shrugged off her advise as it sounds demotivating. But it was seriously frustrating to see all my efforts are being flushed this way. For a few days, I was really very angry. I couldn't take it. How they can do this to people who study well. Fine, I am not any bumiputera or anything but seriously that's not my results, its my life, my future, still the education ministry can play with lives of young students like me. Isn't it ridiculous for 90% of the class to fail in Mathematics including top students? Yes, that's what happened.
Now, when my STPM result is fucked up dat way (from 3.2 to 2.33) which is very much frustating and hurting, answering people about the result is the second hurtful thing. People just don't get it. Its even more hurting when the people are member of your own family. Yes. It happens. Since it was my ambition to become a pharmacist from form 4, I couldn't change my mind. That's so painful to see when you never meet the criteria. If I wana continue to do B.Pharm, I have to go through foundation in Science. My family is underestimating that I can't do well if I choose pharmacy. They think its too hard for me and I should go for something like IT and etc. But seriously IT is not my league. How am i to deal with codes daily when i hate those signs in maths even. I can struggle to study something I like but not struggling for something I hate. At last I got to convince my parents that I can go for pharmacy, so, they are like Okay with mix feelings.
Disappoinment is what I end up with STPM. Government should guide the markers strictly. Now look at me and my classmates. All of us end up with frustration. I will never ever suggest STPM to anybody. Its better for you people to save time and go for private. Your effort will be paid off for sure. My state now is too confused to explain. I have appealed for a recheck. I hope there will be changes. If not, hurmm..I will go through foundation. Never in my life I regretted for something this much except my STPM results. For SPM its totally different story since I never bothered to study much. But STPM...hurmm.. I m lost of words.. but I can say FUCK YOU STPM!! You made my life miserable!
